Gentle tools to move from confusion to clarity
You deserve peace, clarity, and support.
When you’ve been dealing with a narcissist, it’s normal to feel confused, anxious, or even disconnected from yourself. Healing takes time. It begins the moment you start learning, recognizing patterns, and choosing kindness toward yourself.
Below you’ll find resources to help you understand narcissistic behaviour, begin emotional recovery, and slowly rebuild your inner strength. Every small step forward matters. It’s about shifting the attention from the narcissist to yourself and reclaiming your power.
1) Start gentle (free guide)

💛 If you’re ready to understand what’s happening and to finally choose for yourself; this book is for you.
3) Get Support (therapy)
You don’t have to go through this alone.
Sometimes knowledge isn’t enough. If your nervous system feels overwhelmed, support can help you stabilize and rebuild self-trust. Working with a therapist can be an important step toward healing and clarity. I recommend to find a local therapist or if you prefer online (more affordable) I gently recommend exploring Online-Therapy, which is an accessible and trusted platform where you can start therapy at your own pace, from home. Their approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotional support; methods that align beautifully with my principles.

🧘♀️ Daily Calm: Free Meditation App
Find small moments of peace each day.
Healing happens one mindful moment at a time. I personally recommend the free meditation app called Plum Village to help you reconnect with your breath, calm your nervous system, and strengthen your emotional balance. For me, Thich Nhat Hanh, is one of my spiritual teachers and an inspiration when it comes to creating a kind and compassionate mind.

💖 A Note from Me to You
Healing after narcissistic abuse isn’t a straight line. Some days will feel heavy, and others lighter: both are part of recovery. What matters most is that you’re here, reading, learning, and choosing to treat yourself with compassion.
You are enough.
You always have been.
And with time, clarity and peace will return.
With Kindness and Compassion 💜,
Killian
